This is me. I like to play Second Life...a lot. I am going to make myself a pretty dress, but first, time to ... dare I say it ... diet.
Briana's eating plan
Breakfast - yogurt (YoCrunch or serving of vanilla yogurt + cereal) and roll
Lunch - Chicken or turkey [possibly fish] (cold cuts or grilled/baked/boiled) / Side (mashed potatoes/low-fat chips/rice/noodles)
Drink can of V8 either with lunch or in afternoon
Dinner - Reduced sizes of meals, healthy ordering at restaurants
Dessert - Reduced sizes, smarter choices!
